Before you apply

Who can open a trade account?

Designers, architects, contractors, importers, hotels, riads and retailers. We ask for a company or studio name and something that lets us verify it — a registration number, a VAT number or simply your website.

Does the account cost anything?

No. It is free to open, there is no subscription and there is no minimum spend to register. You only pay for goods you order.

How are prices different once I am approved?

Public prices are indicative ranges that move with quantity. Your account replaces them with your own tiered sheet per category. Doors and ceilings stay by quote because they are made to your drawing.

Can my colleagues use the same account?

Yes. Tell us who should be added in the application and we will set them up under the same company.

I have a login already but lost the password.

Use the reset link under the sign-in form and you will get a secure link by email. We never send passwords by email or WhatsApp, and we will never ask you for one.
