Can you mix categories in one container?

Yes — that is the normal way we ship. We consolidate from up to a dozen workshops into our own warehouse, count and inspect everything, then load it as one shipment on one invoice.

How does the EUR.1 certificate work?

Morocco and the EU have a free-trade agreement. When goods travel with a EUR.1 movement certificate, import duty into the EU is 0%. We issue it with every shipment at no charge; you still pay local VAT.

Will my prices change between orders?

From your second order we lock per-SKU pricing for twelve months. Raw material moves — silver, wool and leather especially — but you will not be repriced mid-year.

Can I see the goods before the container ships?

Yes. We send a sample box of the exact items first, and loading photos with the seal number before the doors close on the container.
