The terms governing trade purchases through my-moroccan-artisans.com. Last updated: August 2026.

1. Trade platform

B2B terms

My-Moroccan Artisans is a business-to-business trade platform. Quotes, orders and these terms are addressed to professional buyers acting in the course of business.

2. Quotes & orders

How an order forms

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed on receipt of the agreed deposit (standard: 30%) against a written order confirmation. Production begins only after written approval of samples or specifications, and the balance is payable against the pre-shipment photo report before goods leave Morocco.

3. Handmade tolerances

What handmade means contractually

All goods are handmade. Reasonable variation in dimensions, colour and finish is inherent to the product and does not constitute a defect. Specific tolerances per material are stated in the material library and on order confirmations; goods within stated tolerance are conforming goods.

4. Delivery, risk & claims

Incoterms govern

Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm (FOB Casablanca, CIF or DAP). Transit damage must be noted on delivery documents and claimed within 7 days with photographs; insured shipments are claimed on the policy, and genuine workshop defects are remade or credited at our cost.
