Privacy Policy

This policy explains what My Moroccan Artisans, a trading name of Moroccan Crafts Suppliers and Manufacturers LLC (“MMA”, “we”) collects on my-moroccan-artisans.com, why, and what rights you have. We are a Moroccan trade house selling to professional buyers; we collect business contact data to answer quote requests — nothing more.

What we collect

• Quote requests (RFQ). Name, company, work email, phone/WhatsApp, buyer type, category, quantities, destination, timeline, project details and any files you attach. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• Direct contact. Whatever you send us by email or WhatsApp. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp LLC (Meta) under their own terms.
• Essential site storage. Your RFQ list and language choice are kept in your own browser. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data.
• Analytics. Aggregate usage statistics via Google Site Kit (Google LLC), used only to understand what buyers read.

How we use it

To prepare and send the itemised quote you asked for, to match your request to audited workshops, to arrange samples, production, QC and shipping if you order, and to keep the records Moroccan export and accounting law requires. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who sees it

Our Fès trade desk; the workshop(s) quoting your project (your drawings and specification, never your contact data in the first round); and service providers that host this site and deliver email. Export documents naturally carry buyer details once you place an order. We never sell or rent your data.

Retention

Quote requests are kept for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Orders and export paperwork are kept for the 10 years Moroccan commercial law requires. You can ask us to delete a quote request earlier at any time.

Your rights

Under Morocco’s Law 09-08 and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data. Write to trade@my-moroccan-artisans.com with “Data request” in the subject; we answer within 30 days. EU buyers can also complain to their local supervisory authority, and Moroccan residents to the CNDP.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. RFQ data is stored in our site database with access limited to the trade desk. Files you upload are stored privately and shared only with the quoting workshop.
