Home  —  How it works

The process

From first email to opened crate

A structured process built over 9 years of exporting — designed so an overseas buyer never has to gamble.

Four stages

The path every order follows

01

Send your request

Drawings, references or a rough list. We match it to audited workshops and reply with an itemised quote.

Day 0–1

02

Sample & confirm

Physical samples ship to you. Glazes, finishes and dimensions are approved in writing before production starts.

Week 1–3

03

We supervise QC

Our team inspects at each stage and sends photo reports. Nothing ships that we wouldn’t sign for ourselves.

In production

04

Consolidated shipping

Multiple workshops, one container. Export papers, fumigation and crating handled — FOB or delivered.

Week 8–14

Straight answers

The questions every new buyer asks

Asked on almost every first call — answered here to save you one.

  • Q1What are the payment terms?30% deposit to start production, balance against the pre-shipment photo report. Bank transfer; LC on larger orders.
  • Q2What if the goods arrive damaged?Everything is photographed at crating. Transit damage is claimed on the insured freight; workshop defects are remade at our cost.
  • Q3Can I visit the workshops?Yes — buyers are welcome in Fes, and serious projects usually include a visit. We’ll build the day around your category.
  • Q4Do you hold stock? No. Everything is made to order, which is why samples and written confirmation matter — and why nothing is generic.
