Can you match a Pantone or RAL reference?

Yes. Send the code, a chip or a fabric. We fire a sample against it and only start production once you have approved the fired piece in daylight. Custom glaze runs start from 850 sq ft.

Do I have to order a whole container?

No. Mixed orders across crafts are normal. MOQs are per craft — tile from 55 sq ft, furniture from 10 units, fashion from 50 units — and mixed designs count toward the same price tier.

How do you handle hand-cut variation?

We state it in writing. Zellige edges vary by 1/32 to 1/16 in, which is the material rather than a defect. We specify the grout joint and brief your installer before delivery.

Can you ship to a job site rather than a warehouse?

Yes. We quote FOB Casablanca or delivered, and crates can be labelled and manifested by room or zone so the site team unpacks in the right order.
