Why we charge at all
The $49 is a filter, not a revenue line
Free samples attract collectors; paid-and-credited samples attract buyers. The charge covers DHL and keeps the workshops cutting samples for people who intend to order. On your first order, the full amount is credited back — so for an actual buyer the box is free, just not up front.
