Can you specify a whole property, not just tiles?

Yes. A typical brief covers zellige and bejmat, tadelakt and carved plaster, cedar doors and screens, lighting, rugs, poufs, chairs, table tops, mirrors and linen — quoted as one schedule and shipped as one project.

How do you price a fit-out?

Room by room, then summarised as a price per key with public areas costed separately. That way you can compare a guest-room budget directly against your other quotes.

Is the furniture strong enough for hotel use?

We specify contract grade for hospitality: heavier leather, denser wool, reinforced frames and finishes chosen for daily guest use. Say the word "contract" in your brief and we quote it that way by default.

What if I need to replace six chairs in three years?

We archive your colourways and reference samples, and the same workshops are still making them. Reorders are matched against the original sample rather than a photograph.
