Can you deliver in phases rather than one container?

Yes. We hold the balance in our warehouse and release crates against your programme, normally up to four drops. Storage is free for the first six months.

What happens if tiles break on site?

We reserve 10% overage from the same firing batch and hold it for you. Shade matching after the batch is gone is difficult, so the reserve matters more than the discount.

Do you handle export paperwork?

Yes. EUR.1 movement certificate, fumigation and phytosanitary certificates, packing list and commercial invoice are issued together with the load. Under EUR.1 the duty into the EU is 0%.

How long does shipping take?

Tanger Med to Algeciras or Marseille is a three-day sailing, plus inland trucking. Plan 2–3 weeks door to door for the EU and 5–7 weeks for North America.
