  • Made to order in an MMA Certified workshop — we hold no stock, so every run is checked from the first article.
  • A physical sample ships before production opens. Glaze, finish and dimensions are approved in writing.
  • Our project manager inspects at each stage and sends photo reports.
  • Workshop defects are remade at our cost. Nothing ships that we would not sign off ourselves.
  • Colour and finish matched to Pantone or RAL on request; 40+ glaze codes available on tilework.

Shipping, duty and payment

  • Quoted FOB Casablanca or Tangier, or delivered to your door — your choice at quote stage.
  • EUR.1 certificate supplied: 0% duty into the European Union.
  • Three-day sailing to southern Europe. Export crating, fumigation and papers handled by us.

  • 30% deposit opens production; the balance is due against the pre-shipment photo report.

    Physical samples ship to you. Glazes, finishes and dimensions are approved in writing before anything enters production.

  3. 03 In production

    We supervise QC

    Our team inspects at each stage and sends photo reports. Nothing ships unless we would sign off on it ourselves.

  4. 04 Week 8–14

    Consolidated shipping

    Several workshops load into one container. Export papers, fumigation and crating handled, FOB Casablanca or Tangier or delivered to your door.
