What are your payment terms?
30% deposit to open production, balance against the pre-shipment photo report. Bank transfer, with letters of credit available on larger orders.
What happens if goods arrive damaged?
Everything is photographed at crating. Transit damage is claimed on insured freight. Workshop defects are remade at our cost.
Can I visit the workshops?
Yes, and on serious projects you usually should. Send your dates on WhatsApp and we build the day around your category.
Do you hold stock?
No. Everything is made to order, which is exactly why samples and written confirmation matter before production opens.
What are the minimum orders?
It varies by craft: from 55 sq ft on tiles, from 20 units on furniture, from 50 units for private-label leather and baskets. Mixed projects are quoted as a whole.
How is shipping handled?
Several workshops load into one container. We handle export papers, fumigation and crating, and quote FOB Casablanca or delivered.
