My-Moroccan Artisans is a business-to-business trade platform. Quotes, orders and these terms are addressed to professional buyers acting in the course of business.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

<\/span>2. Quotes & orders<\/p>\n

How an order forms<\/h2>

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed on receipt of the agreed deposit (standard: 30%) against a written order confirmation. Production begins only after written approval of samples or specifications, and the balance is payable against the pre-shipment photo report before goods leave Morocco.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

<\/span>3. Handmade tolerances<\/p>\n

What handmade means contractually<\/h2>

All goods are handmade. Reasonable variation in dimensions, colour and finish is inherent to the product and does not constitute a defect. Specific tolerances per material are stated in the material library and on order confirmations; goods within stated tolerance are conforming goods.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

<\/span>4. Delivery, risk & claims<\/p>\n

Incoterms govern<\/h2>

Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm (FOB Casablanca, CIF or DAP). Transit damage must be noted on delivery documents and claimed within 7 days with photographs; insured shipments are claimed on the policy, and genuine workshop defects are remade or credited at our cost.com and should be reviewed by counsel before being relied upon.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n

The parties<\/h2>

These terms apply to orders placed with Moroccan Crafts Suppliers and Manufacturers LLC, Fez, Morocco, trading as My Moroccan Artisans (\u00ab\u00a0MMA\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0we\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p><\/div><\/section>\n

Liability<\/h2>\n

Our liability on any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are responsible for replacing or remaking workshop defects as described above; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including installation costs, delay damages or loss of profit. Transit damage is claimed against the carrier’s insurance, which we arrange on insured shipments. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.<\/p>\n

Force majeure<\/h2>\n

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control \u2014 port closures, strikes, extreme weather, or acts of authority. Lead times are suspended for the duration of the event and we tell you promptly.<\/p>\n

Governing law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably within 30 days are submitted to the Commercial Court of F\u00e8s.
